env - alternate /usr/bin/env utility

env is an alternative to /usr/bin/env with additional configuration options. env has been designed to meet the standard functionality of /usr/bin/env to facilitate integration of this binary into existing project environments.

In order to run multiple development environments simultaneously the environment often needs to be adjusted for each project / development stage. This can be error-prone and complicated to manage when done on a piecewise basis - this env aims to offer configuration file based environments to enable these environments to be managed in one place.
